Get It Bright Base Coat

'- Get it bright base neutralises yellowing.
- Apply one coat of your Essie get it bright base coat to clean, dry nails and then two coats of Essie nail polish.
- Finally apply one coat of your favourite Essie top coat.

Step 1: Remove nail polish, cleanse and sanitize hands
Step 2: Trim and file nails
Step 3: Get your cuticles in shape!
Step 4: Exfoliate the nail, trim, hydrate + moisturize
Step 5: Apply your base coat
Step 6: Apply 2 coats of essie color
Step 7: Finish with a top coat
