Evening Primrose is the oil extracted from the seeds of the yellow evening primrose wildflower. Native Americans were known to use parts of the plant to make treatments for wounds and skin problems.

An oil which is commonly chosen by women during the menstrual cycle, evening
primrose oil may help maintain the health of the skin. EPO may also contribute to the
normal function of the heart and the immune system.

It has had a longstanding use by women for management of Menopausal symptosm and Pre- menstrual syndrome.
