Refund policy
Cancellation, Return, and Exchange Policy
You may cancel your order, return, or exchange the product(s) within ten (10) calendar days from the date you receive the invoice or order confirmation email, with the following exceptions:
• If the product(s) or service(s) have been used within the ten (10) day period.
• If the product(s) or service(s) have been customized according to your specifications.
• If the original packaging has been removed or the product(s) have been altered, damaged, or otherwise changed.
All returned or exchanged product(s) must be unused, in their original condition, and free from any alterations or damage. Except in cases where the product(s) received are defective or differ from the specifications of your order, a processing fee of $3 will be applied to each return, refund, and/or exchange.
Only cancellations, returns, and exchanges that comply with this policy will be processed. Returned items that are damaged or altered in any way will not be accepted and may be discarded at your risk. Please carefully review this policy before returning any items.
